I love this app, thank you Jayne! I've been using the hypnosis and affirmations, and can already feel a difference after just a few weeks. I find the variety of sessions perfect, and I've started to create different playlists depending on how what I want to focus on. Highly recommend to anyone struggling with IBS and anxiety.

I have had severe stomach bloating problems for over 5 years. I've had every test my doctor and gastroligist recommended. They finally told me that I don't have any disease or infection, so they just diagnosed it as a form of IBS (Iratable Bowel Syndrome). I ran across Jayne Corner's sleep hypnosis sessions on YouTube and subsequently learned about this application. I downloaded it from the Google Play Store and have been using it for about a week now. It is an awesome app!

Just seen heard about this app. I have anxiety and panic disorder also have IBS and I know they work together well to make you feel sick. I've been leaning more to hypnosis and meditation and I found this and love it so far.
