Each day, you will receive a daily meditation about 5 minutes long. These daily meditations in the app are free and clean of ads.

I recently found my way back to Jesus. I've been making a lot of changes in my life and giving meditation a try was one of them. The other Christian meditation apps that I tried were terrible and locked most of their features until you paid a sky high subscription price. This app is AMAZING. Anytime I've tried meditation before I've hated it and this lady's voice is AWESOME and calming and easy to follow. I will DEFINITELY be subscribing. If you want to be centered in God give this app a try.

I start my day with this when I wake up. I would appreciate more diversity in scripture choices and breathing affirmations. They tend to be redundant. Also, there needs to be more time between speaking and listening. I do not see this as a meditation but affirmation with some prayer. The background music would be a good offering just by itself for meditation with perhaps just one scripture passage to meditate on....and for 15-20 minutes, with little to no talking. More variety and contenneeded.

"I enjoy this app so much! I helps me to relax and focus on scripture at the same time. I love the soft music and narrators voices are so calming." - That was my original review from 2020. I still love the app, but they no longer have different narrators. I find that terribly annoying. I preferred the male narrators voice over the current female's voice. His voice was more soothing and made it easier to focus on the scripture reading and meditation guidance.
