I am satisfied with the app for remittance purposes. It's fast, reasonably priced and reliable. However, I am very disappointed with the current holiday campaign. I've been playing for over two weeks now and only on one day I got 1 point. All other days, I get "try again tomorrow". This is discouraging. I used this service every month for the past year and can't even benefit from a few free points in your campaign. Why have the campaign if you're going to rig it?

I've been using this since last year and at first it was nice but then whenever I open, it shows "updating" and the process usually take a very long time. Like loooong time. Sending money on my registered beneficiary account is fast but when i do it with other people or newly registered one it takes long time. I have sent money yesterday and until now it hasnt arrived yet. I cant check the problem and inform the customer service because it is "updating" and it's taking a really long time.
