What is Killer Sudoku

Killer Sudoku is a true legend among number games and puzzles. In a nutshell, it’s a perfect blend of those fave brain-twisters Sudoku and Kakuro. Absolutely free!

This number puzzle goes by many names: Sumdoku, Addoku, Cross Sum, etc., but the rules are equally simple across the board. Your goal is to fill the grid with numbers like in classic Sudoku while making sure the sum of numbers in the cages (areas separated by dotted lines) is equal to the number in the upper left corner of that cage. Still sounds complicated? Let’s review the Killer Sudoku rules in detail.

How to play Killer Sudoku

✓ Fill all rows, columns, and 3x3 blocks with numbers 1-9 exactly like in classic Sudoku
✓ Pay attention to the cages – groups of cells indicated by dotted lines.
✓ Make sure the sum of numbers in each cage is equal to the number in the upper left corner of the cage.
✓ The basic rule of Killer Sudoku is that the sum of all numbers in each 3x3 block, row, or column always equals 45.
✓ Numbers cannot repeat within cages, a single row, column, or 3x3 region.

I really enjoy Killer Sudoku, but I wish I could see the score of the game as I finish. The screen with my score disappears in the blink of an eye and the current score does not show anywhere in the summaries. ☹️☹️. difficult to keep track of how my games are going when I can only see the very best score of the day, week, month and not the rest of my play

Hello Beth, thanks for your review. The logic of daily challenge-level contribution is based on your usual games. If you do not play the usual games occasionally, the difficulty level for daily challenges will be reset. Please contact us via the "Help" section in the app with other issues.

they're killing this game with unwanted "features" that can't be turned off. I don't care about contests, I don't like being told constantly about the contest I missed. I dislike the score which could be turned off before, now it's not only not optional, it bounces every time I make a selection and I still can't figure out how it's scored. And at some point the unlimited undo went away, there's no good reason for removing that. But what's with the data collection going to thousands of partners?

As many others have pointed out, the constant interruptive ads make this unplayable. I started a new game, got one correct input, and was immediately greeted with a 5 minute unskipable ad. Uninstalled. Edit: to be clear, I don't have a problem with the app having ads. I take issue with the obnoxious and intrusive way you have chosen to implement them.
