Update, system is still not able to send notifications of any kind. Only allows for live viewing. Can't even notify me of hard drive being full. I'm very lucky that I installed a new system that is solar powered and working great. Absolutely ridiculous that this update was sent out in it's condition. I have definitely purchased my last lorex product!!! Only reason this system is still installed. Is because it would be alot of work to take it back down. Not IMPRESSED!!! at all.

Have 16 - 16 channel units that have been working good for the past 6 years with just a few cameras go out. My issue isn't with the product, it's the Cloud app. Not only has it changed a couple times since I bought them, it still crashes. Need to purchase more units but would have to be on a different app. Would be nice to have an app that's backwards compatible and not all these different apps for different units.

I keep getting a "failed to connect" message when I open the app. I un-installed and reinstalled the app, cleared the cache, checked for any recent app updates, but it still won't connect. This defeats the purpose of having this system since the only way I can view my cameras is on my TV at this point.
