Can't even sign up to be a courier, tried with 3 different emails: The first one is stuck to the bank info verification stage where it keeps sending me emails to retry because there is an error (there isn't). The second and third ones got rejected because according to them I haven't uploaded the necessary documents within 30 days, even though I literally started the process less than 24 hours before the rejection! Trying to contact them only leads to a useless automated response. Insulting.

I can't finish the verification process even though I've uploaded all the papers needed. They say I will get an email, the email just rerouted me to the starting verification page, where I can do nothing cause I have uploaded everything already. There are no support address or number, 404 errors everywhere on the support pages, I don't know what to do.

The app needs text suggestions when the courier reaches the customer during the chat, like "I have arrived," "Open the gate," or "Where are you?" to make communication faster. Also, the location text should be copyable because sometimes the app suggests a nearby spot, so the courier is always close, but copying the text would make it easier to share or adjust if needed. These small improvements would make a big difference!
