App is pretty buggy. Biggest issue for me is I have notifications for some of my cameras set ALL OFF, yet I still get a notification that it is "offline" (this is a wifi camera, it goes offline when it goes to standby everytime I exit the app). Why do I get these notification still when they are OFF in the app? Another issues I have is motion detect area, it's worthless. I have sensitivity set to 1, no one tiny zone selected, yet still notifies of detected people and vehicles!! Needs major fix

I've had nearly 2 years of some difficulties with the app but overall not too bad. However, for a few weeks now it just says network error on the app. and now my home center (which was working fine) doesn't want to detect any camera except my doorbell. neither of the wire free cameras will show up, just says error or couldn't connect even when right next to it. I've done every troubleshooting step of updating and restarting everything with no success. a large part of me regrets buying 11 cams.

It's 2025, but the app is still missing dark mode. Do better, folks! Also, the issues spanning years have yet to be fixed, thumbnails randomly turning themselves off and camera streams not loading unless you toggle some (any) network setting first (i.e., wifi/vpn/cellular off and on). Makes me wonder what you actually fix with each update? The app is why I tell everyone who asks about camera systems to avoid Lorex at all costs. Decent hardware, but the train wreck of an app is unforgivable!
