You can have up to two SIM cards registered under your saudi ID. However, if you already have two numbers and try to transfer one to the Lebara network, you’ll receive an error stating that you’ve reached the maximum SIM limit. This issue occurs only with Lebara. Additionally, you cannot transfer your SIM to another device. To do so, you must deactivate your number, which means you will lose your number and existing plan permanently.

I don't understand the purpose of OTP while buying a package or bundle on sim we are using. Since we are using the same sim and same app for sim. I thought this is foolishness to obtain an otp too.

I’ve tried activating my Lebara eSIM twice, paying 28.75 SAR each time. After entering my details and completing the payment, the process failed with an error message, but my money was not refunded. I’m not paying for failed attempts—I’m paying for activation. If the process doesn’t go through, where is my money? This is unacceptable and makes me hesitant to try again. Lebara needs to fix this system or offer refunds for failed attempts.
