If I pause for a bit, or have to close the app, I consistently have to turn open, close, and reopen the app multiple times in order to get it to start playing again. Most of the time, it then starts playing the audiobook from the beginning.

This app is useless. You can listen to about 1 minute long samples, but you can't listen to any longer than that. And you can't download anything. And you can't but anything. I don't know what the point of this app is.

Not optimal. App doesn't work well with car interfaces, which is necessary since that's most audio book Listener's primary venue. App also has a tendency to start itself after it's been stopped making you have to find your spot once discovered.
