The app is clunky and laggy. The interface isn't very intuitive and is more form than function. Also, it seems that recently they have started severely compressing images that are sent from my phone to group chats via the app. I understand compressing images, but the amount they are compressing is ridiculous. This isn't the 90s with Dial-Up internet and limited disk space. There is no need to compress images to the point they look like blurry pixelated garbage. Also, upgrade your servers!

I've used this app for a long time and love it. I would rate it five stars. Only reason I'm giving it four stars is because if you try to tap on different pages like the news or store it take a while to load, and when you go to captures, the videos don't load properly. otherwise it's a really good app. I would definitely recommend it. But please fix the issues.

Not about the PlayStation app. More about link services should be able to link multiple. YouTube accounts and switch between and without unlinking and relinking should have a multiple step process. When there's multiple channels the steps should ask you. Which accounts is your main and second and third channel? What type of videos are going up on each channel and the length of the videos and having to be able to select multiple choices. Should be through when sharing videos when you choose.
