works well but need to be able to view photos in android gallary. everthing elese worked flawlessly. but again having to share photos 1 by 1 to file manager and copy to dcim folder is terrible. theres a .nomedia file in android/data/com.yukon.streamvision2 , that you cant delete without root or adb, it prevents the system from scanning for media in system files. it need to be made a user option(easy fix)

Expected better, esp. when paying thousands of dollars for a device partly because it has recording capability (Thermion2). App shows that the device is connected. There are photos and videos on the device but the app shows empty. In addition - and more importantly - cannot update the firmware - which MUST be done via the app. Prompts you to connect to internet - but of course can't because you're connected to the device via wifi. Use Bluetooth next time! Would give ZERO stars if possible.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you have issues with the app. When your phone and device are connected, WiFi channel is busy. Disconnect phone and device, use WiFi or mobile data to download the firmware update. Bluetooth cannot be used for live streaming as its capacity is very limited. For support contact us at support@pulsar-vision.com

Makes using the device much easier. I have had some connection stability issues and had to either exit and restart app or reboot the phone. Is irritating as happened multiple times within 30min period. Also very short range. 0707/22 as update... I did all the suggestions. Sometimes you have to reboot everything to get pics to download to phone when selecting large files... Would like to know the folder pics are stored on phone as I have to open app to view? Otherwise I like this app

Thank you for your positive feedback. To avoid possible signal interruption, please make sure your phone is not trying to connect to another Wi-Fi network. If the phone and Pulsar device supports 5GHz band width, please use it to ensure better signal stability. Effective range may also depend on other Wi-Fi networks and obstacles.
