it's ridiculous, time-consuming, and frustrating being forced to change the keyboard each time I want to use the app. There should be a white list of keyboards that are safe to use, like goboard from Google. Some phones have that one by default, and there's no issue there. So, I truly only use this app for need, and for some benefits, that will end in a couple of months, so in the end I will not need to continue the use of this app

horrible that you need to upload an account each time and their dimo dosent works, express transfer dosent works nether.....Bbva its fast also santander app I mean even Baz that is a mexican app its much better than hsbc app

it's a good App , but you guys need to fix that in order to transfer money to one recipient there is no need to wait one hour ... No other banking app does that 😕
