Navigating trying to buy a ticket is a nightmare if I want to compare prices in different sections. Edit: After the auto-reply, I'll elaborate - navigating the ticket purchase was not intuitive. Maybe I'm inept and old now, but it kept kicking me back to the game schedule screen. Something that would have taken about 5 minutes on the computer took almost 30 via the app.

I don't usually have a problem with this app, and being able to add my tickets to Google Wallet is a nice feature. However, this year, it doesn't display tickets for the first 3 games of the season. Yet all of my tickets to mid-June and the last game of the season are there. If I try to access my opening day tickets, the app crashes. update: All tix are there now. I was able to get opening day by copying and pasting the URL into the Chrome browser, then adding them to Google Wallet.

It is not user friendly. Difficult to navigate, impossible to follow. Try buying parking...today is 4/26/25 and I am adding to this issue. Almost a year later they still haven't fixed this app. I just tried purchasing Kansas City royals tickets on the app. I am signed in and it acknowledges my username and correct information yet when I try to purchase tickets it takes me to an error page. I can't even purchase tickets for the game using this app.
