While the clothes look nice and they have a great variety of items. Your app and website are garbage. It's like it doesn't want to run. It couldn't view my wishlist, it took forever for the interface to pop up and it's annoying to keep closing it out and opening back up JUST for it to keep doing it. You guys have MULTIPLE people saying the same thing. There's no reason you haven't fixed or updated it. Edit: I changed it to 1 star bc I thought switching devices would magically change it but NOPE

in terms of app usability, It could be a lot more polished and really needs a dark mode. as for the products, being 6'8" it's nice to see a brand make some stylish b&t clothing but the options REALLY dwindle when you filter for 2-3XL. This isn't a problem exclusive to boohooMAN but for a brand that I've seen recommended for big and tall clothing I just wish there was more variety and stock in my size.

Really frustrating user experience on the app... cart keeps getting emptied at checkout and you're basically forced to start all over again. Happened to me 3 times! I noticed this happens when trying to buy items that are almost sold out (I.e. only 1 or 2 left in stock). I would have called it quits and not bought anything but I really wanted a specific shirt so I re-did the process 4 times before I could finally get a successful purchase. Total pain! Please fix this, devs. Thanks!
