If you want a simple tool to measure the length of a thing, this app is not it. On first attempt, I couldn't escape the begging rating pop-up. I had to force close. The UI is not intuitive. I thought I had it figured out: click at one point, move to another, click again. Nope! Also, the subscription is quite expensive. Maybe this is a good option for a professional application, for a pro who doesn't already have the tools they need for their job. Glad for the free trial to learn this isn't it.

Hello! Thanks for your review. With regards to "difficulty of usage" your critique is fair, and we are striving to improve UX and we are working on a complete manual which will help you in the usage of the app. Thanks for your patience and loyalty. Let's keep in touch. Regards.

INSUFFERABLY obstructive monetization. I just wanted to install an app to measure the angle of something. Should have taken seconds. No, you have to be barraged by pop up after pop up of begging you to upgrade to some premium plan. Once I tried measuring it I got a pop up to review it that couldn't close. Couldn't use app until I gave it a rating. Congrats, you get one star. Couldn't even measure the darn thing I was trying to measure.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. It means a lot to us. We want to apologize sincerely for the issue. This doesn't sound like the service we try to provide to our customers. We'll continue to work on our UX and ads policy.

This app is not even close to be worth $20 per month! Absolutely nuts, I'll use a laser measure and a pen and paper... These subscription based apps are out of control. It's a bait and switch hostage situation, you take a bunch of measurements and it saves your phone, but once you leave, and try to look it back up you find out you have to pay to open the measurements you took... Beyond that the measurements are not accurate, they can give you a ballpark but from my experience nowhere close.

We are beg to differ. AR Ruler provides quite unique functionality of measuring things size. In many cases AR Ruler has undeniable advantages because it can measure not only polylines, heights, but cubes, circles, cylinders etc. We also have introduced new feature: auto-detection. So, we consider the price quite fair for Premium.

What's new

We have released the latest version of AR Ruler for measuring space and objects through a smartphone camera.

In this version:
- bug fixed;
- improved interface;
- optimized measurement speed.

We'd love to hear feedback from you at support@grymalaltd.com.
Thank you for choosing our apps for fast measurements.
