Some of the absolute worst tech support I have ever seen. Had several problems with my soundbar within the first few weeks of purchasing it and the majority of the time they hang up the call after their trouble shooting script - which just seems to be unplugging it 30 for seconds - doesn't work. I actually work in tech support so I understand both sides and there's no way around it, they suuuuuck and LG sucks for letting it happen.

Horrifically frustrating. My Samsung S22 ultra cannot seem to get this app to work. If I can get it to connect, I MIGHT have 3 seconds to pick my function, to get kicked out to a connect screen. Go to reconnect, CANNOT CONNECT TO SOUNDBAR, stays paired to phone, then I cannot get remote to work properly. Major clusterf#@&. SLM4R(B7). Not worth frustration.

Wanna connect your soundbar to wifi? LOL! GOOD LUCK! 🤣 I spent close to a grand on my soundbar, subwoofer and rear speaker set all just to not be able to connect it to the wifi because of this worthless joke of an "app". Read the reviews, I'm not the only one and they clearly don't care to fix it for several years it seems like. At least the speakers sound good but will never play over wifi. What a disgrace, LG, I expected better.
