The Nespresso app is completely useless. It doesn't even open, making it impossible to place orders or manage your account. I've tried reinstalling and updating, but nothing works. This is extremely frustrating for a brand like Nespresso.

Nespresso SA. I will return machine because of poor customer service. I have emailed back and forth since new year for an exchange which I have received no feedback about and I am constantly ignored on email. The app is just as bad as the service. I bought the original capsule holder for my original machine, however not compatible with the original capsules. So I requested an exchange after one day. It took a month to collect and they ran away with my money cause I haven't received anything

offers in app not like on website. if you have a discount code and have any problem, then better to forget otherwise will take years to fix. customer service is another horrible experience.
