It used to be a great app but year after year it has more limits and more issues. First, the characters are extremely limited. Sending a decent message to students is impossible. Even regular texting has many mor charact! Second, there is a message appeared on all groups and people that they won't receive any message unless they download remind - why? it has been fine without forcing people to download it, as it used regular texting with generated numbers. Now you must download the app. Third

I used to really like this app and gave it 5 stars. I lowered it to 2 because the features have changed, and now you have to pay for things that used to be free. The number of characters is severely limited. My messages don't go through to people from my phone unless they have downloaded the app, which delays communication. These things seemed to have started after they partnered with some other company. Remind isn't as useful as before and after this SY, I won't be using it again

I tried to stop using the app and it is stopping me from texting phone numbers that used to be in my group. Customer support has taken a long time to address the issue and then didn't understand what the issue was despite me explicitly stating I wasn't using the app they told me I couldn't send SMS messages through the app. Not helpful at all.
