App is great when it syncs. Unfortunately, after working for a period of time, it no longer syncs sleep (again) despite being connected to both Samsung Health and Google Fit. Moreover, despite submitting multiple tickets, support has not responded. Can't recommend this until they have better functionality and response for Android.

I really had high hopes for this app, it has so much potential.... but I can't use it, as it won't load past the payment screen it just shows a window with subscription opinions and then a black screen.. which seems to be a very common issue.... and it has been like this for quite some time now(like at least 6 months) so it feels very unlikely this will be resolved..

This app does not account for quality of sleep, only quantity. I technically got plenty of sleep across 4 days, so I was golden according to RISE. What it didn't account for was how broken all of that sleep was, leaving me so exhausted that I couldn't hardly keep my eyes open. I also cannot find a way to initiate a sync with Fitbit - once it's checked in with Fitbit for the day, the only option seems to be to manually edit the sleep record. And forget editing small blocks of the sleep record.
