The version of this worked fine on Iphone. Yesterday I installed on Android on a Pixel 6a which is as generic OS as you can get. Phone is now a hand warmer and does not charge when plugged in since the app is sucking it!! I "forced stopped" and cleared the data even though I just installed for the first time. The next day I ran an errand at lunch only to see this app consume far too much battery. Two hours after sitting on my desk the phone is warm to the touch as it is killing the battery!

My problem with the app is that it requires a lot of time from me reviewing every drive taken, whether the app captured correctly if I was the driver or passenger. I am a skilled co-pilot so I'm often not the driver. Because I save places to maps or have a music subscription or audiobook to listen to others often use my phone when I am driving, and I get dinged for interacting with my phone. So I don't really want to participate in USAA's safe driving program any longer...

When the app was recently updated, the announcement was that it was a name change only. However, I have had two recent Hard Braking incidents that didn't appear on the route. Previously, I could see where the incident occurred and they were usually because I chose to stop at a traffic signal after it turned yellow, rather than going through the intersection I've since learned to go through intersections on yellow rather than risking getting a Harsh Braking penalty. So,Harsh Braking not on map?
