Terrible experience! Avoid paying custom duty via the Aramex app; opt for cash on delivery instead. I paid through the app, got immediate acknowledgment, and the status changed to "paid," but this wasn’t communicated to the local delivery partner, who still demanded cash. Support was unhelpful, offering vague timelines and redirecting me to another department. They claimed to notify the delivery team, but nothing changed. Frustrating and unreliable service—don’t trust this app for payments.

Ismoil
Driver Abrar Mustafa was rude. While I was explaining the location issue on their app, he interrupted with "okay okay!" and ended the call. The app is inaccurate. My item is still in another country, yet the app shows it en route from that airport, almost at my home. A delivered package still appears in the app. Since it's already received, it doesn’t need to stay visible.

Bugs bugs bugs. The app confuses mobile numbers with user IDs. Can't create a new shipment. It is a pain 😥 to setup. So many bugs like it rejects perfectly valid phone numbers as invalid. The bugs prevented me from setting it up. After I spent six hours trying to setup a shipment, I ended up deleting the app. Even the support facility is unusable. There is no phone support for anything including to set up a shipment the source of Aramex's income. There is no way to contact anybody.
