Confused and upset. I cancelled my subscription yet I still keep getting attempts to have my bank charged for the yearly subscription. Please resolve this. Edit: I really appreciate the quick and helpful response. Have reached out and hope to get this issue resolved. As far as the app goes, it's great and gets my mind going but I'm too broke right now to pay the yearly.

so far I believe the courses are quick but thorough and I was able to freshen up on subjects quickly. Issues with an area in puzzles about "lying" with robots and lights - I had the right answer for 3 problems but when I checked answer it said incorrect but showed unanswered problem...but then the explanation proved me right so after 3X I stopped. I didn't have a problem anywhere else so far ..I don't know if that was just random glitch or if there is something that needs your attention.

I've struggled with math through all of school - failing classes and being behind in it. I could understand the subject, but couldn't connect it to a bigger picture. The traditional way it was taught didn't work for me. Brilliant has now given me confidence that I can learn math and problem solving skills. I was starting to think there was something wrong with me and I couldn't learn it. Now I feel I can understand math concepts and am on their programming track. Thanks Brilliant!
