I wish I could review the contents of the app, but I can't get past the loading screen. I've tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the app, clearing cache/storage, on wifi, on cell network, phone is up to date with patches. Not really sure what more there is to try.

Most of the app design is nice and intuitive, but it is so incredibly buggy and poor performing. I don't leave reviews very often, but this app has infuriated me for the few days I have needed to use it for a stay at an all inclusive. I'm frustrated that I'm dependent on it, because half of the things is pretends to do just simply don't appear or work properly. Perhaps this is specific problems with my particular resort? Vivid Grand in Cancun.

I've heard this is a great app. Almost required when staying at a Hyatt Inclusive Resort. We are staying at Dreams Vallarta Bay next week, so this sounds perfect. Unfortunately, when I open the app all I get is a page saying Hyatt Inclusive Collection. No log in, no entry fields, no buttons, just a page with a couple images. Tried to remove and reinstall, no effect. Tried rebooting phone, no effect.
