I'm using a Google Pixel 3A phone. When I select a movie, all the ads play flawlessly, but then the movie won't play, it just says try again. This is the worst possible scenario! I don't want the ads, I want the movie! I get "[DRM_FAILED_TO_PROVISION] Unable to play protected content at this time. please connect to the internet internet and try again." I am connected... I see the ads. Any chance of fixing this before we land?

Actually managed to get the App to work for a change on a flight Melb to Perth. The long adverts at the start of a movie can't be skipped. And the ads kept freezing (with symbol for working / buffering) for ages, so did the start of the movie. I don't know why the movie eventually played without any more pauses. But it demonstrated that the app (or wifi) is capable of operating much better than it did for the first 20 minutes!!

I selected a show at the beginning of my short flight (CBR-MEL) and I got to see the same ads over and over for most of flight. Every time I paused, it restarted the ads and then would just freeze after the ads played. Having to restart the app and then getting the ads queued AGAIN is unacceptable. Developers, please find a way to flag that the user has already watched the ads. Or I'd start thinking that making ticket holders a captive audience for Qantas partners is the point, not entertainment
