Good overall, I can navigate it decently, but I wish they would save traveler information like Military branch for veterans or any information for people you regularly travel with so that we didn't have to re-enter that every time we buy a ticket. It would also be nice if we could include a search across multiple days at once for those who have flexible departure times (which is frankly common for someone who has the time to spare to travel Amtrak).

App is great when it works. It won't let me sign in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and rebooted my phone. Tried it on another phone, same issue. Either pressing the login button does absolutely nothing or I get an error that says they are have problems logging me in. I'm trying to book a trip and give you money and the app just won't work. Frustrating and hard to understand. Glad I'm not on a trip and needing to use the app! Just tried it on an iPad and it works just fine. Nice.

Very accessible and efficient app to utilize. I've been using Amtrak and the app for over a year now and it's so easy. The app makes it convenient to look at maps, find stations and places to easily connect with other services like SunRail, busses, attractions, hotels, etc. They make it easy to reserve and protect your trip for canceling which I've had to do.
