It’s Boba Time

Delicious drinks. Variety of drinks of all flavors, colors and textures such as teas and smoothies. However, when you placed your order on their app for pickup you still got to get in line and wait for customers placing their order in person. If you placed your order ahead of time through their app, you still don't get priority and save time. It defeats the whole purpose of making it convenient customers. It appears that they don't have an employee assigned to hand out orders already placed.

Overall, pretty great. Except I can't even order a basic Thai Tea because it doesn't show up in the app anymore. I tried uninstalling and installing it again and it still doesn't show up. Please fix the menu in the app. It doesn't have every item on there. I would hate to use uber eats or postmates to order because I won't be able to use my stamps.

This app excels a horrible! Needs Google Wallet/GPay, needs Sign on with Google Identity (OIDC). One can't browse the menu without ordering. When ordering one must select a location that is open...to which there must be a delay. Don't miss type the email address and use your phone number. I recommend using a bogus phone number until the email address has been verified.
