After updating the app a few hours ago, I went to make a purchase and I'm unable to. The screen loads then an error message pops up and then the screen goes blank. I've restarted my phone and that didn't help. The issue is only with the e.l.f. app. All my other apps work just fine. I even tried to make a purchase on the e.l.f. site through my browser and I still get the same error message. This isn't the first time I've had an unresolved issue with the e.l.f. app or their website.

The app is easy to order on. Could use some other improvements. Even though the app shows that you're logged in, it doesn't save certain things, like the Beauty Profile. A lot of links take you out of the app to a web page (ex: FAQ's, complaints, ads) and even if you manage to login on that web page it doesn't save to the app and it's not on your profile on the website when you log back in. The scanned receipts also disappear and I can't tell if all of them were approved or not.

I absolutely love e.l.f. for their affordable prices! As a teenager, it's hard to find makeup at reasonable prices to continue developing my skills and practicing my passion for makeup and art. The app is 4 out of 5 only because it's a little buggy on the laptop, but the beauty squad is 10 out of 10! I love being a part of the team!
