Previously it was working very well but now i dont understand what is the exact problem with this application? I'm not able to open this app, it's like almost everything day, this application doesn't function smoothly. I uninstalled and reinstalled this app many times yet it didn't worked, i also updated it as well bt same no difference. It's really annoying to face this problem everyday.

WCEA do not allowed access to courses after I purchased subscription,it is hard to cancel for me to start taking courses. Please kindly help me solve the problem,I had been trying several times after payment but the subscription page keeps repeating. I uninstalled it and redownload but it keeps repeating the same thing.

This is highly disappointing, I couldn't login to take courses even after subscription and I urgently need the credit points for license renewal. This is serious!
