This app actually used to be fairly functioning. Now you can't do anything at all with it. Can't even check in for flights (says info is missing, data in fields are automatically changed after I have saved). Can't change flight bookings (had to do it on desktop). App can't even save my profile info like Enrich number. Pretty much useless.

I don't think I've ever had such a poor experience from an airline app (though so far the website has not been much better). I'd advise steering well clear of Firefly - they have changed not only the flight time, but also the date. Checking in by the app does not work (see others reviews) & even checking in on line has not been much better (only one of 2 boarding passes issued - retrying is now just hanging ). I regret ever booking with Firefly & won't again.

the most useless app in the world. cannot check-in even with FY or MH PNR; cannot even confirm check-in/booking details; cannot even do anything like other airline app. even their web-based is also the same. it's like a game of russian roulette; kejap boleh, selalu xboleh jalan 😒
