Maby you are using two different accounts? Check if your watch has same account that you are using in google play store on your mobile. At least you can always use your watch to browse google play store, find this watch face and tap install.

Only one customizable complication, and not all of the available options fit well in the space. However! The design and animation are extremely charming, so I'm not mad at it. The non-editable steps/heart rate/battery info is all useful to me.
