The latest iteration of this app is much worse than before. It's somewhat glitching, having to press accounts multiple times before being able to access it. Transfers to outside banks seems to be down quite a bit, making it impossible for me to transfer monies to outside accounts without having to call Texas Trust, not a pleasant job since their phone operations also leave much to be desired. I'm actually considering banking elsewhere due to these issues.

still can't login. they are closed when I arrive home from work. Not helpful! ( A lot of us can't make it home from work soon enough to call customer service before 7pm). no one return messages. when they do return messages , it's mumbling , or jibberish, or the person talks way too fast. The app is trash. the app is trash the app is trash the app is trash. unable to login because the app crashes and it's trash

I'm only giving three stars because you need to add a feature where we can make payments to our Texas Trust accounts. Every other financial institution I have accounts with, I can attach either a debit card or account and routing number from another financial institution, and simply make a payment with the app without having to go online. Your website is not very user-friendly to make payments either. Otherwise the app always works flawlessly when I want to check my available balance.
