I recently transferred 500 AED, and even after seven day, the money did not reach the recipient. The status still shows 'in development', and when I contacted customer support, I just received an autonated response with a real help. I expect better service and fast resolution. Hopefully updated on this issue! Editing. They solve the problem

In the beginning, you were very well regarding transferring the money. it's in one blink. just after my transfer made receiver received money! that was great, but nowadays, it seems that almost all transfers have some same technical issues by which it takes time than usual. sometimes it takes 2-3 days. so it came in my mind that maybe the beginning quick transfer was an advertisement. now you come to the bottom as like as all remittance provider. hope you'll solve this issue in future.
