Application seems very outdated. Often times the app takes too long too load and will accuse your internet activity to have 'unusual' behavior. Requiring the user to: 'Sign in to your Ticketmaster account if you haven't already, Change your Wi-Fi or cellular network, Switch devices or move to a different location if possible.' All of which never work even with a strong internet connection.

Just awful. 1st, TM is horrible to start. Fees are completely out of control, but that's not new. Appreciate is practically unusable half the time. Extremely slow and a constant stream of blank screens that fail to load or error messages. For example, had to use my web browser just to buy parking tix for an arena and had to force stop the app 3 times to access them. ALWAYS transfer your tix to Google wallet or similar, very strong chance you won't be able to access via this app at the venue.

Pathetic POS app. Never works to purchase tickets. I either get errors when trying to navigate thru the purchase or it lets me pick seats but then when I try to complete the order it just swirls perpetually and never resolves. I have to always purchase from a PC. When you try contacting support they just brush it under the rug stating to restart the app or device. This has been happening for years. App is a joke!
