Usually has worked as required. The app still shows me the usual Information of data,min. Text. But for a couple of weeks I can't get into the rewards section, where you can "earn" points by playing a game or watching a video. Have communicated with Trackfone on messenger about it. They say it's being worked on. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, but nothing changed. Will have to wait and see I guess.

Having the same log in failure issues as several other folks. Have tried uninstall/reinstall several times. Also, tried log in using phone#, e-mail, Sim id, etc. Nothing works. I've been using this app for several years and it's always worked great. Please help. Update: Thank you Frank, I don't know what you did but, the app is back up and running.

Tracfone went from OK to worse since Verizon bought them. It has been terrible trying to add data or texts. I don't use or want a monthly plan. It became difficult to use Tracfone's online site, and this app is hit and miss, too. Their customer service personnel are friendly and helpful, but I just want to easily use their site or app to add texts or data when needed without problems. A long time customer.
