This used to be a good app. I am a premium member, and I can not log in anymore. I have contacted support. They are asking for a screenshot shot of my account. Every time I send it in, they block the image and tell me the email was empty. They just keep sending me the same email asking for a screenshot of my account. Broken record. Support tells me my account does not exist, but if I try to recreate the account the app says my account exists. Such a shame.

Welp, see ya later. Sad to see it go from 5 stars to 1. This used to be my favorite apps and one of the most valuable. Now I can't even trust it to work online, let alone offline where I truly depend on it in the backcountry. Random sign outs, login prompts, maps won't load, more and more behind pay walls. I feel bad for recommending it to so many people in the past. Way to ruin the best phone maps ever.

The new login is useless. Who/what is Outside? I've never heard of them, have no need for them, and I thought the app had been hacked. What's wrong with logging into the app itself? Just creating needless problems and confusion. I can't find a function on the map to center where I am now. Every other map-based app does, why not this one? I won't be renewing my subscription when it comes up next week.

What’s new
This one's a mixed bag of fixes and tweaks! - Trail guides now come with a proper disclaimer — no surprises here! - Toyota icons are back to full strength. No more ghost icons. - Track privacy now actually saves (what a concept!). - "Delete" is now "Archive" — less scary, same effect.
