Terrible app. I had to close the app and re-open it numerous times because it would not accept the password that was set. I finally got it figured out, and then later that day I start seeing charges to my account from mobimoney. The bottom line is, the app wouldn't work right, which caused me to log in, or attempt to, multiple times, and I was charged $.50 per log in. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!

The app its self is staraight forward &user friendly. It's easy to navigate. However, my account info is rarely updated and accurate.I find it impossible to keep an accurate balance of my account. Also, great it alerts you of potential pending fraudulent transactions. However, There is no way to block or stop the transaction from draining your account. Only after the withdraw has been made & posts to your account can you file a complaint and still the company can not be blocked.

Unable to login in the app. I forgot my password, so I request for a new one. It stated it will send the request to my email, haven't happen. Tried several time no notification sent to my email. Notifications stop as well for transactions on my debit card. Anybody having trouble like me? If so, how can it be fix? No one at the bank has a clue or can't troubleshoot over the phone.
