This app is lacking. The filters never work consistently, is often takes a couple attempts to load, you can't access some of the most important features through it and it's constantly asking to be updated which drives me nuts. I use this because it's what my boss opted for, but I would probably choose another service if it was an option.

If it were up to me, I wouldn't use this app/platform at all. Meevo is WAY better. Biggest issue is the notes. It's laughably inconvenient to check client notes - the format...! Woof. VERY bad UI. That you can't see the full notes (think checking previous visit SOAP notes for a client) on the phone app is a joke. But even on the full site- notes aren't organized together, they're in a bizarre editing-like format, they're a pain to access and to edit...I really, really wish this app were better.

Update: most things are working great now in the app. Only issue i face with daily use is i have to close the app and open it again to view new messages. Sometimes hitting the refresh button works but it's not as reliable...sc //Since last updates all functions restored. Only consistent problem remaining is the app doesn't show updates to schedule until you've refreshed the schedule page a few times, and sometimes you just have to wait a while regardless before updates show.
