Lately, the new machines at the Harps store (in Fort Gibson) aren't accepting my card number that I have for years to use for coupon discounts. They haven't fixed that problem in months. Also, the self-checkout machines don't accept the app's current bar codes and the shortcut doesn't go to 'Google Pay' anymore, it's 'Google Wallet', which is a bit unreliable. Overall, I'm disgustingly disappointed.

I recommend to not even bother with trying to download or use this app. I still can't even get a clean register or login. Been trying to work with customer service for 2 straight weeks to find the issue but even they are starting to give me the run around. We are starting to drive in circles. I'm done wasting my time with this app. Maybe if Harps becomes more local to me than a 20 minute drive, I'll try again. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Very difficult to use. Very confusing. Edit: Now it's not working at all. Won't give me credit for any of the coupons I clipped. I feel ripped off ...paying higher prices and not able to get the reward money. 😐 Edit: I came back to lower my rating on this app because it has gotten worse. But I see I have already rated it one star. Can I please move it to -5 !!! AND WHAT IS WITH THE NAME!?!?!?! NAME IT HARPS!!!! WE CANT FIND THIS APP -THE DESIGNERS DON'T NOW THE NAME OF the STORE?????
