Evernort lags behind competitors like Castlight in terms of integration. Castlight incorporates care and plan information within its app, eliminating the need to navigate to separate provider sites. Evernorth could significantly improve user experience by offering this functionality. Additionally, a bug has prevented me (and many others, based on past reviews) from connecting to Google Fit after getting a new phone. This issue has persisted for over six months according to other reviews. FIX IT

A knockoff version of castlight. Earning rewards is harder and takes far longer plus it struggles to automatically track steps and other activities so you have to manually log them and lose out on points if you dont do it consistently. The rewards redemption also struggles to complete in a timely manner so that you can receive gift cards for the points you earn. A poor health app all in all.

Does not work on Galaxy Fold 3. As soon as I launch the app, it immediately goes to a landing page where it asks if I want to link it with Google Fit. Unfortunately, when I push the button, nothing happens. And I can't do anything - no way to pull up settings or anything like that. Please fix this bug!!! Thanks
