App used to be fine. I decided to use it today, but it no longer lets me login with Facebook. It says that the embedded browser is outdated. App itself is fully up to date. I tried saying forgot password, but I never get an email. I tried logging in from my browser, but it has a pop-up that says I need to accept the new terms and conditions. I check the box and hit submit, and it says I haven't entered a phone number, which there is no place to enter one. My only option is to continue as guest.

Oh no! We sincerely apologize. We are experiencing a problem with the facebook login for some users on the mobile app. Good thing is web and mobile web are working. I believe I may have resolved the phone number issue for you. If on web login it is not resolved, can you please reach out to https://www.ckr.com/contact-us.

The app worked fine until now. Whenever I log in, it requests that I input my phone number to complete my profile. Then, it shows that an account already exists. The aggravating part is that I can't remove that screen without having to continue as a guest. Therefore, I'm no longer signed into my account. I've contacted hardees corp and never received a response. This is so frustrating!!

the app is kind of slow and derby at times. I know I have good signal but it doesn't want to load once I've pressed "add to bag" seems to get stuck. ALSO, Hardee's everywhere seem to have this issue where to go orders don't show up until people actually arrive. I only have a 20 minute lunch break so I prefer that the food is done when I get there. please fix this. thankfully, the managers have been great about working with me on it. still, fix your stuff Hardee's.

What's new

You can now earn Stars and redeem Rewards or offers when in-person at the restaurant, even
without ordering ahead through the App!
Navigate to “My Code” and load whichever Reward or offer you wish to redeem, then simply
scan your Member QR code before you pay. It’s never been easier to earn more goodness!
