I am extremely disappointed with the Philippine Airlines app. It keeps crashing every single time I try to use it, making it nearly impossible to perform basic tasks like checking in online. The app is poorly optimized, frustrating, and unreliable. For a company of this size, I would expect a functional and user-friendly app, but instead, this one feels outdated and full of bugs. This has caused so much inconvenience, especially when time-sensitive actions like check-in are required.

Not sure why its not possible to register an account from the website with a laptop like any other airline. If it is, then why is it so hard to find the link. Tried registering through mobile app but could not get through the Password entry. There is no PW criteria listed and I tried multi configurations and still would not allow me to enter a password. The app would not allow autofill (like my email) to be accepted as legitimate email.

My experience with this app literally made me book a different airline. Registration has unintuitive context menus and slow performance. Asked for city but didn't have it in a drop-down list that seemed to try to list every city in my country. Password kept saying invalid until I googled the requirements. Worst of all, you can't register online, only in the app. I canceled registration and went with a different airline. I hope these software engineers aren't also working on their systems.
