to start off, the game is amazing. but I would give it 3 and a half stars if I could. I had to buy the no ads cause there were wayyy to many, and the "complete reset" happens a long time ago and I was really bummed. but I got my stuff back and I haven't ran into that issue again . overall it's a pretty good game and I enjoy it

My grandson loves this game! He had all the birds, largest backboard, highest district, highest trash pickup, and auto-magnet. However, for no reason it reset to the beginning and he had to start over! This was after the Nov 8, 2023 update, and I've read a lot of reviews complaining about an unexpected reset before the update, but it looks like nothing has changed! Please fix this, and restore all of our lost progress 🦧

It was fun at first but got old because of the WAY TOO MANY ADS. Also, it reset my game progress, which was very frustrating because I could pick up any bins and was starting to upgrade my claw to be automatic. I also had a big backboard, 2 birds, lots of speed, and a vacuum on the side of the truck. I also bought the no ads for 10 dollars. when my game reset, it reset that too, so I wasted my money. Do not install this game. It is a scam and has many bugs.
