I have been using this app for years,with a galaxy note 9, that works perfect, now it's no longer compatible with my phone and to contacted the developer. That's unfair to do an update that is aimed to support only new phones, not taking into consideration that everyone does not have new phones. You have the data to see the different versions of phones we have. You can't force people to get new phones just to use your app, that is inconsiderate. You will loose users because we will use the web.

I've been reliably using this app on my current phone for the past year, and besides occasional slowness, it functioned perfectly! But now all of a sudden my device isnt compatible with the app anymore?? Now I have to go to the website just to access my accounts. Very disappointing.

Randomly stopped working one day and won't go beyond the login screen. I've tried everything... clear cache, update, uninstall, reinstall... nothing works and it's been a couple months. I have to check my accounts on a browser and that's super inconvenient. Might have to close accounts and go to Chase.
