I would like to give a 5-star rating. Doing deliveries in a bigger city, the app is great. Payment is even decent. The only problem I've found with this app is when you get into rural areas. So maybe the developers could add an offline feature that allows you to complete a delivery when you have no signal. Driver support is actually available if you call them

This app is okay, pay is generally pretty low. It's definitely better if you have a large vehicle. I drive an SUV and I very rarely get the orders I submit offers on. Occasionally there is a good order I get. But most jobs for SUV and smaller are $1 a mile. Which only works if you're going in that direction anyway. Also the delivery windows are very short. If you have any technical issues and have to reach out to support, good luck. Support for Roadie is by far the worst in the industry.

Will not verify my photo. Since the last update the app will not accept my photo as an identity. I've used my photo a hundred times with no issues. And all my settings and app permissions are correct. Something happened with the last update to cause it to not accept my photo. I've had to cancel several gigs because of it. Please fix!!
