I am having so many issue with this app both on my kids tablet and on my phone as well. I subscribed for the monthly premium and got charged twice after many failed attempts to subscribe to your premium on my kids tablet. now it's telling there's a bug and keeps closing. meanwhile, I still cannot reconcile the subscription so my kids can have access to the premium content. paying for premium on my phone is not reflecting on my kids tablet. too many issues

Hello, sorry~Could you try to pay premium on kids tablet? We will return your money back, please let us know your purchased ID via support@iwawakids.com. Moreover, please make sure your Google Play store logining account is as same as the purchased one, otherwise you can not enjoy this service. Thank you~

In iwawa parent app:I upload a kid's profile photo, save it, exit from the app, and when enter again - profile photo is no longer there. Means it's not stored properly and attached to that function. *Note: It's only possible to upload and save this profile photo after rebooting the device. If try to upload and save the kid's photo after using the device for a while, cannot even click button "save", it's not responsive at all. Please fix this bug and release update soon!

I am having trouble with the app loading on my tablet. Everytime i try to open the app the same screen comes up. It says internet Register and has a spot for product code, and the numbers are already there. Then there is a spot that says Register code and those numbers are filled in also. There are two buttons I can push, the tope one says Wi-Fi Setting and the other says Commit. Wi-Fi is connected properly have no trouble using the Internet. And if I press Commit an error code pops up.

Hello Lucy! When your tablet shows "Order Code total is full" or “register failed”, it means you are facing a hardware issue.
