App is slow. Everything verifies against the network for every step. I'm not sure why they programmed the new version this way. Also, they removed the option for details on the sub. ie: If you want the sub toasted but not the cheese, you cannot order it that way. Whenever I choose "Toasted" sub it's a guess as to whether it's the bread, bread and cheese, bread/cheese/meat, or the whole sub(I find warm lettuce kind of gross...). Not to mention you can't ask to have it cut 4 ways any more.

This app is RIDICULOUS. It is so glitchy and annoying. When I log in I have to put in my information atleast 3 times bcuz it will load and then immediately go back to the login screen. I can't use any type of coupon or deals bcuz they won't actually subtract anything from my bills even though it says it's been added to the bill. Sometimes the coupons or deals themselves won't even be added to the bill. Even though the app says they are available at my location. This app has gone downhill.

The app doesn't work half the time. Sometimes have to login and do things twice. The map to select a store doesn't show any stores until I search my city, which then only lists locations downtown. Was able to find address on GMaps to search it. Sometimes frustrating and takes 20 minutes and multiple tries to convince the app to take my money and submit an order. The website is no better, and often goes offline for me. Once an order finally submits, the people at the store are fast with my order!
