Rewards expire FAST!! Deals and prices shown in app are often not available. Actual prices are up to 2x what is shown on the thumbnails. The app is super frustrating to navigate as well. Selecting sizes and color combos have improved but still not user friendly. Prices are insane to make sales sound good, but anything besides ultimate clearance prices are stupid high. I used to spend $$$ on Torrid but now not often. Too many styles that never stay in stock. Stop the fast fashion 🤮

I love this store for pants, shorts, and outerwear. They have a great variety of styles to choose from too. It's a great retailer if you want plus sized femme styles that you can feel good in! I've been a customer for a while. The only thing that is frustrating is the sizing can be inconsistent. I will look forward to receiving something in the mail, only to be disappointed that it doesn't fit right, despite ordering in the correct size. But I am a happy customer overall. :)

I use this app all the time and suddenly I can't remove out of stock items from my cart, I can't add anything to my cart, I can't do anything. It just spins and spins every time I try to do anything. And I see the response your giving everyone with technical issues is to uninstall the app and install the latest version, which I just did and it's still doing the same exact thing. Just tried online as well and I can't even access my cart on there. Please fix this issue!
