great at first, after about 3 days it stopped locking my kids phone. it let him go past all the limits I set, if I set an app limit on a game it did not count towards the total limit. and even when I started have issues and tried the troubleshooting, it didn't help at all, customer service was an AI, that I couldn't even type a question to I only had prechosen questions and answers to choose from. cancelled my subscription and won't even get a refund even though I paid for a year and used a week

I have had the most frustrating experience with the support team for this app. I had the bad fortune of losing my pin, and I had already subscribed for 1 year. Now, I can not reconnect the Kids360 app on my phone to the Alli360 on my kids' phone. There is no menu or recourse to try and recover my connection to my kids' device, and so it is effectively hijacked by the Alli360 app. I have tried contacting their support, and I keep being directed to their FAQs.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I went thru the process of installation and set up to then find out I have to pay. I was fine with that because of the features. Only to find out that those advertised features DO NOT exist in the app. Currently, all apps on my son's phone are blocked, and I can not get them to unblock. Luckily I'm only out $8 since I chose monthly. Didn't have the app 2 hours and I have already canceled. THIS APP IS A SCAM AND SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE APP STORE
