I have all kinds of calls coming through which I never had before this latest update . I am NOT HAPPY! What good is it to have this protection when you are letting calls go through? It's like the app could care less if you have the settings set to block calls or left them go to voicemail! The ones getting through say "allowed" or "valid number" ! It's not valid or allowed when I've blocked all calls except those on my contact list! You need to fix this!!!

Can you go to the Calls tab and go to Call Routing Settings and review your settings to make sure you have your spam calls set to Block or send to voicemail? In your phone app > three dots > settings > block numbers > toggle on/off block calls from unknown numbers if you don't want any calls but in your contacts.

Can no longer block unknown numbers I used to be able to block all numbers not in my contacts. You can now only allow your contacts, you can't block everyone outside of your contacts. Why was this feature removed? I'll be moving to a different app that still has this feature. Edit to add: the suggested solution does not block all phone numbers that are not listed in your contacts. It blocks unknown numbere. The old feature allowed you to send anyone not in your contacts list to voicemail.

To silence unknown callers on a Samsung Android device, follow these steps: Open the Phone app. Access Settings. Select ‘Blocked Numbers’. Enable ‘Unknown Callers’ by toggling on the option that says ‘Block calls from unidentified callers’. In the ActiveArmor app go to the Calls Tab and scroll down to Call Routing Select Spam Calls and Block.

**************************** Update: Feb. 2025 - Apparently went through an update and now lets every unknown and spam call known to man come through. My previous 1-star still stands. In response to your reply: all of that has been done. Multiple times. Have also cleared the cache and restarted the phone. Deleted the app entirely and reinstalled it. None of those things have worked. Still lets all calls come right through.
