Pixel 7a. App has potential, but one major issue is that it often freezes when in the background and has to be restarted because I'll open it back up and none of the buttons work. Another minor annoyance - when you click on a probe to expand the details, it scrolls you to the top of the screen. Why? Just leave me in the same spot so I can look at the probe details.

This isn't a bad device, but it isn't great either. The software is klunky. For example, cooking a ribeye. There are too many steps to get to cooking. The options for fixing my input errors are few and I often had to start over. I've had the device for around 8 or 10 months. It doesn't charge any more, now it is a paperweight. I brought it at Costco so I'm not worried about a refund. I'm not sure I'll replace it with the same thing or look for a better one.

product needs to refined. app is okay but missing subtle things that I noticed and would like to have. app is more based on selling (their) products as opposed to setting up cooks or saving your recipes. I want to see more options for the COOK and the COOKING methods. the timer option just does not exist, so I have to use my phone for with another app. biggest fault! YOUR RINGER/ TIMER DOESN'T RING ON PHONE LIKE IT WILL ON ITS STUPID BASE STATION SPEAKER WHICH IS POINTLESS IF YOU'RE NOT NEAR IT.
